If you stand (on shore) at the point where the lake exits into the river, you'd be amazed at the amount of boat traffic you'd see. This traffic--into and out of the lake--is almost exclusively motorboat traffic. Only a small portion of the river is actually in the Finger Lakes. The one marina listed below is in that portion.
