You may be asking yourself, "Just what is a guest house and how does it differ from a bed and breakfast?" In general, a guest house often caters to people who are staying for longer than a few days and, because of this, the guest has more of the use of the entire house. Guest houses often have kitchenettes, laundry rooms, computer hook-ups, and even exercise rooms. In addition, because guests tend to stay longer, they get to know each other and can form friendships that can be enjoyed in the evenings with a get-together in the guest house's common room.
